The AAS Bolshoi Theatre was opened in August 2007. The Bolshoi (Big) Theatre complex includes a beautiful 630-seat proscenium stage with a state-of-the-art control booth for lights, sound and projection.
Our Campus
The Anglo-American School of Moscow campus opened in August 2000. It was purpose-built, with facilities specifically catering to both educational and extracurricular pursuits and includes extended instruction capabilities due to students having access to wireless Internet throughout the school. The Anglo-American School of Moscow (AAS) is a 30,000-square-meter, state-of-the-art building in Northwest Moscow.
Nestled between the Moscow Canal and the Pokrovskoye-Glebevo Park off Volokolamskoye Schosse, 20 minutes from the city center, the school stands on 6.5 hectares of land adjacent to the Pokrovsky Hills housing community. This purpose-built facility is the culmination of a decade of dedication and effort by its three founding embassies--the US, UK, and Canada--and hundreds of volunteers from our parent and corporate communities whose strong belief in AAS raised the seed money to develop this campus.

The Anglo-American School seeks to be a center of activities for its students and families. In addition, AAS recognizes that its facilities can also be considered to be a resource for the wider community. To achieve these goals the Administration will permit organized use of school facilities when such use either enhances the AAS educational program or does not conflict with the normal operation of the school, and is consistent with AAS policies and philosophy.
If you wish to request use of the AAS facilities; please fill out an application form.
