AAS seeks dedicated educators with two or more years of full-time, full-year experience with an academic background or experience in the area to be taught, certification or enrollment in a certification program, and dedication to being a reflective practitioner.
Our ideal faculty candidate is collegial and cooperative with colleagues, is committed to being an integral part of the learning community, has experience and the willingness to work in co-curricular activities, is a high energy person, is in good health, and has a great sense of humor.
