Congratulations to Grade 5 students!
Grade 5 students delivered their PYP Exhibition presentations.
The PYPX is a culmination of an 8-week long marathon to choose, research, prepare and present students' understanding of complex problems, propose some very real solutions, and develop an action plan to put those solutions to work.
This year, PYPX took place in a hybrid environment which created an additional layer of challenges and complexities for students. Grade 5 were up for the challenge and turned limitations into learning and improvement opportunities.
In a rapidly evolving technological environment, AAS aims to support students with up-to-date diverse tools and strategies that purposefully enhance their learning. This year our students have opportunities to experience digital tools that help them collaborate, interact, organize, create, research and publish. One example is grade 5 students using online programs to share their PYPX work in order to reach wider audiences and to advocate positive change in the world.
