Welcome to The Anglo-American School of St. Petersburg
The Anglo-American School of St. Petersburg is a branch of the Anglo-American School of Moscow. It is an independent, non-profit, co-educational day school that serves students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Our over 180 students represent 35 nationalities.
AAS-SP is governed by the nine-member School Board of the Anglo-American School of Moscow. A local Advisory Committee comprised of the British and United States Consul Generals and two members of the parent community and a faculty representative assists the Principal in St. Petersburg.
Our faculty consists of both full-time and part-time professionals representing six nationalities. The teachers have both national and international educational experience.
St. Petersburg is located in northwestern Russia on the delta of the Neva River at the east end of the Gulf of Finland on the Baltic Sea. With over 4 million inhabitants, today St. Petersburg is Russia's second-largest city, Europe's third-largest city, a major European cultural center, and the most important Russian port on the Baltic. Among cities of the world having populations of over one million people, St. Petersburg is the northernmost.
The school is located near the center of St. Petersburg in close proximity to the Zoo at Tatarskiy pereulok 3-5.
