As the 2022-2023 school year begins, we celebrate new faculty and staff members who joined our AAS community this year. Meet Deepika Chhabra, who joined our community as our Middle School Math & Science Teacher.
My name is Deepika Chhabra and I would be joining AAS as an MS Math and Science teacher. I am from India, received a Bachelors in Biotechnology and Masters in Business Management. After a decade of working as a Marketing and Training Expert in various companies across US, London, Singapore and India, I and my family arrived in Moscow during the 2018 summer. I have been working at AAS as a substitute teacher for the last 3 years and have enjoyed every day of being on campus. The positive vibes from the whole community of students, staff and parents motivated me to take up this role.
I have 2 kids who are students at AAS elementary school and my husband works as Head IT and Digital Marketing for a pharmaceutical company. In my free time, other than being a soccer mom or pretending to play as a unicorn or a fairy, I enjoy binge watching and reading. My family loves to travel and spend time outdoors, exploring different places and food.
I look forward to being a part of the AAS community and contributing towards the learning of our students and creating an enriching experience for them.
